1. Introduction

By using our services, including renting or purchasing mascots, hiring actors or handlers, and mascot cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before proceeding with any bookings or purchases.

2. Mascot Rental Terms

  • Rental Period: The minimum rental duration for mascots is 4 hours. Any additional hours will incur extra charges as per our pricing structure.
  • Booking & Payment: All mascot rental bookings must be confirmed with full payment at least 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Usage Guidelines: Renters are responsible for the proper care and handling of the mascots during the rental period. Any damage caused to the mascots will result in repair or replacement charges based on the extent of the damage.
  • Late Returns: Mascots must be returned at the agreed time. Late returns may incur additional fees.

3. Actors and Handlers

  • Service Availability: At your request, we provide professional actors and handlers to operate and manage mascots during events.
  • Booking: Actors and handlers must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. Availability is subject to confirmation, and we recommend early booking to secure their services.
  • Fees: Fees for actors and handlers are separate from mascot rental fees and will be outlined during the booking process.
  • Responsibilities: Our actors and handlers are fully trained to operate mascots and ensure the safety of both the wearer and event participants. Any additional duties must be agreed upon prior to the event.

4. Mascot Purchase Terms

  • Customization: All purchased mascots can be customized according to client specifications. Detailed requirements and design approvals must be completed before production begins.
  • Payment: A deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the balance due upon delivery.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery timelines will depend on the complexity of the design and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Mascot Cleaning Service

  • Cleaning Process: We offer professional cleaning for mascots. The cleaning process typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on the condition of the mascot.
  • Drop-Off & Pickup: Clients are responsible for delivering the mascot to our designated location for cleaning and picking it up upon completion.
  • Fees: Cleaning fees are based on the size and condition of the mascot. Additional charges may apply for mascots that require deep cleaning or repairs.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Rental Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Purchase Cancellations: Orders for customized mascots cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • Refunds: Refunds for mascot rentals or services will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation or return.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the using our mascots, actors, or handlers. Clients are expected to follow all safety guidelines and use the mascots and related services in a responsible manner.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
